MTJR Guarantee
We guarantee all merchandise for thirty (30) days from the time of purchase.
Terms of Sale:
- A minimun 20% deposit (50% on personalized of special order items) is required to hold merchandise.
- 10% of purchase price must be paid each week.
- Entire balance must be paid within eight weeks of purchase.
- When more than one item is purchased on layaway at the same time, all items must be fully paid for before any item may be picked up.
- Merchandise purchased on layaway may not be exchanged for other merchandise after seven (7) days from the date the deposit is paid.
- We guarantee the purchase price only for the eight (8) week period of layaway: any items paid for subsequently are sold at the price then prevailing.
- “Date of Purchase” will be noted as date first deposit is paid.
- Not responsible for any article of jewelry left over one (1) year.
- No cash refund after 30 days, store credit only.
